1) Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2) Payment: Advance 50% payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 Hours before the scheduled tour/activity may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

4) Changes to Reservations: Requests for changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5) Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and capable of participating in the activities offered. Arabian Adventure Safari reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit for the activity.

6) Liability: Arabian Adventure Safari will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour/activity, except where such loss, injury, or damage arises from our negligence.

7) Insurance: Participants are advised to have adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

8) Force Majeure: Arabian Adventure Safari will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

9) Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10) EU Redress: In compliance with EU regulations, consumers have the right to seek redress through the European Consumer Centre in case of disputes arising from services provided by Arabian Adventure Safari.
